THE FOLLOWING IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND STOCKPHOTOCHARM.COM OWNERS:

By downloading our Stock Photos and/or illustrations, you agree to the terms of this agreement automatically. If you do not agree to the terms, you are not allowed to buy and download our Stock Photo images and illustrations.

All images and art are the copyright property of StockPhotoCharm.com. You can only use our Stock Photo images & illustrations in your own projects such as websites, multimedia presentations, film, video, cell phones, in printed promotional materials, Scrapbooks, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, business cards, letterheads, to decorate your home, your office or any public place.

You may not use our Stock Photo images and illustrations for unlawful or other immoral purposes such as to defame, victimize other people, societies, cultures, pornography, spreading hate, discrimination, etc.

YOU CANNOT REDISTRIBUTE, SHARE OR SELL THE STOCK PHOTO IMAGES & ILLUSTRATIONS. THIS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

You cannot claim the Stock Photo images & illustrations as yours. You are not allowed to sell, rent, give, share, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Stock Photo images & illustrations or the right to give the Stock Photo images & illustrations to anyone else. The work you create with the Stock Photo images & illustrations must be used by yourself or by your client. Ultimately it is up to you to prevent third parties such as your client from disobeying these terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StockPhotoCharm.com and its officers and employees against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to a breach of this agreement, the use of this site and the use or the inability of use of any Stock Photo images and/or illustrations, your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of our Stock Photo images and/or illustrations, or any claim by a third party related to the use of our Stock Photo image and/or illustrations.

This agreement may be revised or updated without notice. You are advised to review it regularly.
